Our biggest seller is Young Buck as it is the cheese we make ourselves and one of the main reasons people find our wee shop down a back alley in Belfast. Next would be Cooldolce, a raw milk Gorgonzola style from Tipperary, and then we also have Boyne Valley Blue from Michael Flanagan in Louth.

Our best-selling blue at Christmas is always our local Barkham Blue. If you don’t place a pre-order with us at Christmas you will not be able to buy Barkham from our counter! Colston Bassett Blue Stilton PDO comes a very close second. We also do a spooning Gorgonzola Dolce PDO, not just at Christmas but all year round, and it will be right up there in our Christmas sales.
