Authentic Italian antipasti

Cooks&Co’s award-winning store cupboard range has been extended with the addition of five new authentic Italian antipasti lines. The new antipasti includes delicious Borettane Onions – grilled or in Balsamic Vinegar, Grilled Zucchini stuffed with Pecorino cheese, spicy vegetable mix – Diavulillo, and Saporiso – a delicious mix of olives, onions, artichokes, mushrooms, peppers and capers. All are sourced from Italy and can be added to grazing boards, antipasti platters or served as dish accompaniments to bring true Italian flavour to the table. Saporiso is perfect for festive sharing boards or stirred through creamy pasta or rice. The Borretane Onions add interest to autumnal cheese boards and the Grilled Zucchini parcels are delicious appetisers.
