Source trade show returns with a bang

The Source trade show, a must-attend event for professionals across the hospitality and food sectors, took place this month after an especially challenging period for its audience.

With job vacancies currently standing at 700% higher than usual levels, businesses were keen to learn how to best approach the upcoming busy spring and summer seasons and the event satisfied their requirements, offering a range of services and equipment to help businesses streamline their operations - including everything from the latest ePos systems to waiter robots.

Visitors from across the industry enjoyed being able to conduct business face-to-face once more, and as ever the show provided ample networking opportunities.

“We were really pleased to see so many visitors at the show, and so much business being done. We’re looking forward to next year’s show, and bringing even more of the best the South West has to offer to Westpoint again,” said Mike Anderson, MD Hale Events. “It was also great to see such innovation, which can help companies build their businesses in 2023, so they are even stronger and more resilient than before.”
