Farm Shop & Deli Show takes place from 7th to 9th April 2025 at the NEC, Birmingham and runs alongside Food & Drink Expo, National Convenience Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions, as part of the UK Food & Drink Shows. One free ticket will provide visitors with access to all four shows.
From content stages packed with expert speakers and live demonstrations, to exciting zones dedicated to packaging, plant-based and future food innovations, this year’s show promises something for everyone! What can you expect?
The UK Food & Drink Shows will feature five bustling content stages; each designed to inspire and inform with expert talks. The Farm Shop & Deli Stage is always a hive of activity, whether that be with exclusive interviews or panel discussions on the latest industry trends. 2025 will be no different, with confirmed sessions including:
· ‘Lovingly Artisan: The key to building an award winning store’ with Lovingly Artisan Bakery’s owner/director Aidan Monks, and marketing and business development manager Catherine Connor.
· ‘Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones MBE: The future of farm shops’ session explores the life of Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, aka The Black Farmer, from school and army training to becoming a farm shop owner.
· ‘Farm Shops: A force of nature’ with Renée Elliott, founder of Planet Organic, and Emma Mosey, chair of Farm Retail Association.
· ‘Booths: Catering for YOUR customers’ featuring an exclusive interview Booth’s managing director Nigel Murray.

Innovation continues to be at the forefront of the show with dedicated zones:
· The Future Food Zone will highlight exciting on-trend categories such as keto, kombucha, fermented foods and CBD, reflecting growing consumer demand for healthier options.
· The Plant-Based Zone will showcase some of the best vegan and plant-based products, including meat alternatives, snacks, drinks, ingredients and everything plant.
Competitions will again be a big part of the UK Food & Drink Shows line-up, with judging for the popular Britain’s Best Loaf and Britain’s Best Cake contests taking place live at the event. The winners of the highly respected Farm Shop & Deli Retailer Awards will be announced at the show. The Farm Shop & Deli Product Awards showcase is also must-see, highlighting the best products across the specialist retail market.
