When showcasing Highland Spring’s new summer drinks, try offering tastings or suggesting serves using the following recipes:
Highland Spring Rhubarb & Ginger strawberry lemonade (alcohol-free)
Ingredients: Highland Spring Rhubarb & Ginger Sparkling Water, fresh strawberries and ice.
Method: Muddle the fresh strawberries in a tumbler glass, holding one back to garnish. Fill the glass with ice and top up with tangy Highland Spring Rhubarb & Ginger. Add the final strawberry as a garnish and enjoy!
Basil, Mint and Pear Nojito (alcohol-free)
Ingredients: Highland Spring Pear & Elderflower, crushed ice, fresh mint and basil leaves, honey or agave, and fresh lime.
Method: Fill a tumbler glass with crushed ice. Add a generous drizzle of honey or agave syrup, a handful of torn basil and mint leaves and a dash of fresh lime juice. Top it all up with sparkling Highland Spring Pear & Elderflower and then gently stir to combine. Finish things off by garnishing with a wedge of fresh, zingy lime. All that’s left to do is slowly sip and savour.
Blackberry Collins
Ingredients: Highland Spring Blackberry, Plum and Hibiscus Sparkling Water, ice, 50ml gin, a generous drizzle of honey or agave syrup, fresh lemon (for squeezing & garnish) and a handful of fresh blackberries.
Method: Add ice to a tumbler glass, then add 50ml of Gin. Top with Highland Spring Blackberry, Plum and Hibiscus Sparkling Water, before adding the honey or agave and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Stir well, add blackberries to garnish and enjoy.
Pineapple and Hibiscus Margarita
Ingredients: Highland Spring Blackberry, Plum & Hibiscus, ice, 50ml tequila, pineapple juice, and fresh lime.
Method: Fill a tall glass with ice and then add 50ml of tequila. Add a satisfyingly large glug of pineapple juice and then top up with our sparkling, fruity and fragrant Blackberry, Plum & Hibiscus. Enjoy!
