Yorkshire by a passionate, small team. Launched in 2024 and made with locally sourced organic milk, it
boasts grassy, herbaceous notes and a perfectly balanced umami flavour.
This new cheese has already earned prestigious awards, including Supreme Champion Cheese at the Great Yorkshire Show, Gold at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards, and a Great Taste Star, with judges praising its “pleasing creamy texture that melts on the tongue.” Available now in pre-cut wedges or
