    Barber's have been making cheese and dairy farming in the village of Ditcheat, Somerset since 1833 making them the oldest cheesemakers in the UK. Our Vintage Reserve Cheddar is a minimum of 2 years old and is made only with our own traditional starter cultures to provide unrivalled depth and complexity of flavour.
