The Fresh Pasta Co has made the most of artichoke’s distinctive flavour with its recently launched Artichoke Hearts Tortelloni

Founded in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver, The Fresh Pasta Company supplies the finest Italian fresh pasta available in the UK to fine food stores and restaurants. Winner of numerous Great Taste and P.A.P.A Industry Awards, the company has received over 40 accolades for quality, innovation and presentation.

The pasta is made in Italy with “00” flour, free range egg and the best quality ingredients, using traditional methods of production to achieve contemporary flavours for the fillings and the finest quality fresh pasta. They come pre-packed in six flavours in a 250g tray or loose to sell from the serve-over counter. 

The range includes Butternut Squash and Sage Tortelli, Handmade Venison Tortelloni and Handmade Spinach, Ricotta and Walnut Tortelloni.
