Fairfields Farm is run by husband and wife team Robert and Laura Strathern.

Robert and Laura grow potatoes on their farm in Colchester, Essex. Whilst there are a number of gourmet crisp producers in the marketplace now, Fairfields Farm stands out because it is simply a great, honest product. The potato doesn’t have to travel further than the width of our farmyard to reach our factory before being washed, cooked and packed. All our hand-cooked crisps are flavoured with natural and local ingredients and are available in eight flavours, in 40g/150g bags.  We do not supply major supermarkets
