- Belton Cheese has partnered up with a US distributor to make one of its cheeses available in the US
Belton Farm Red Fox will be stocked in Publix stores throughout the USA, thanks to the new relationship with Anco Fine Cheese.
The cheese is a modern Red Leicester with crunchy calcium crystals formed throughout.
Justin Beckett, managing director at Belton Cheese, said, “We are delighted to be exporting our Red Fox cheese to America. Belton’s export business is growing year-on-year with a 13% increase in sales to the US alone.
“The Belton Farm brand is going from strength-to-strength with the English and Shropshire provenance playing a major role in its success.”
The company has also been successful in securing new business in Australia, Russia and Japan, as part of its business plan to secure more opportunities abroad.
