Mexican cuisine was the first international gastronomy to be recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage by by UNESCO.
Nathan Herrmann, Selfridges food and restaurants director said, “We are thrilled to partnering with the Mexico Tourist Board to bring the exciting Mexican food scene to London.
“We hope to illustrate to our customers the breadth of range this spectacular country has to offer through a robust calendar of events and demos.”
