The exhibition, which is held at the Olympia, in London, runs from 7th – 8th April, with Mr Blanc running the last interactive session at 3pm on the 8th. He will be sharing his recipe for porridge, made with organic oats.
Mr Blanc said, “I am delighted to be involved in this year’s Natural Food Kitchen. I’m a passionate advocate of organic farming and this fabulous event showcases everything that is organic, sustainable and delicious, and at the heart of any good chef’s cooking.”
