- The Salon du Chocolat Professionnel will open its doors from Wednesday 19th October to Friday 21st October in Paris, France at Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center
The Salon du Chocolat Professionnel offers a 360° view of the chocolate market and is the only trade meeting place entirely dedicated to chocolate.
It brings together a hundred participants among which 70 exhibitors in the following sectors: Raw materials & ingredients, Equipment & Machinery, Training and employment.
Having welcomed 10,000 visitors in 2009, the Salon du Chocolat Professionnel offers participants in the chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and pastry sectors a springboard for growth and generating contacts and a unique platform for meeting French and international professionals from the chocolate sector.
