Claudia Wilson, show director said, “The food pavilion has always been a popular part of the show but we want to make it a major feature. Not only will we have more stallholders than ever before but we’re also bringing in some Cotswold street food traders to the area. It’s going to be a really delicious addition to the show.”
John Sheaves, chief executive for Taste of the West said, “We’re delighted here at Taste of the West to be involved with the Cotswold Show. This traditional country show highlights the current importance and love of produce from the Westcountry. With the show organisers expecting over 35,000 visitors over the two days, it creates a superb opportunity for local food and drink producers to showcase their fantastic products.”
