Each of these professional chefs will take centre stage at the Fine Food Forum to deliver an exciting, dynamic and interactive cookery demonstrations based around themes of their choice, such as sustainability or provenance. Throughout the sessions, the chefs will showcase the latest flavour trends, give cutting edge menu design advice and deliver ideas and practical tips to help drive footfall and increase profits.
From Mat Follas’ experience in opening acclaimed Dorset restaurant Wild Garlic to Shelina’s thoughts on what it took to win Masterchef 2012, coupled with Sophie Wright’s advice on how to run a successful catering and events company, there is sure to be something for everyone at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2012 Fine Food Forum.
