- Acetomodena, a family-run producer of balsamic vinegar based in Modena, has added a selection of flavoured vinegars to its range of artisan balsamics
Available in Pomegranate, Ginger, Honey, Fig, Blackberry and Raspberry variants, the new products are a blend of fine cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. and natural fruit juices ideal for pairing with meat, vegetables, fruit and ice cream.
Acetomodena’s full range is available through Cotswold Fayre.
