Well, I am currently still working as a solicitor in the finance industry so I’m pretty sure I’d still be doing that as I do enjoy it!

Street Charity Fundraiser when I was 17. I lasted two weeks
What inspires you?
Art, I’m currently in love with Kimathi Mafofo’s work. I also love a good book; I’m currently re-reading Half of a Yellow Sun
What’s the worst job you’ve done?

What’s your favourite part of your job?
I love the creativity of managing a start-up. Every day brings a new challenge. Being a solicitor has also taught me so many transferrable skills and but namely how to be organised and disciplined.
And your least favourite?
The never-ending to-do list!
How about the food industry?
It’s a fantastic industry to be in. It’s exciting and everchanging. I love reading about new trends in the industry and continuing to innovate with our product.
What would be your last supper?
Macaroni Cheese (The Pasta Evangelist’s version)!

Olive oil and ice cream – strange combo but it works.
