Each bag serves three people. Cook as you would a traditional risotto. Place the contents in a pan, toast in some oil, and add a little wine to taste. Add 650ml boiling water and simmer for 15 to 17 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, stir through butter and Parmesan.
