Gourmade’s founder, Jo, wanted to give her family high quality, delicious home-cooked food, but she also needed more convenience. She began experimenting with batch cooking and freezing her family favourites. When this was a success, and she realised how many other people had the same aspiration, Gourmade came to be. Jo and the team have worked hard to develop their recipes. Each one is made with love and care, using quality ingredients, and frozen from fresh.
