Speciality & Fine Food Fair will be held on 6th-7th September at Olympia London, and registration for the event has now opened. “We’re so excited to be opening registration for the 2021 edition of Speciality & Fine Food Fair and bringing our fine food community together once again,” said event manager Phillipa Christer. “The past two years have seen an explosion in new products, new business and exciting individuals making their mark on the industry and we can’t wait to give them a chance to connect face-to-face and do business.”
The event will see the return of the Discovery Zone, a platform for new, up-and-coming producers, and The Drinks Cabinet, a hub for the latest and greatest new drinks products and businesses. New for this year’s show is the Sustainability Zone, where buyers can discover businesses with environmental and social issues at their heart, and the launch of three new ‘trend trails’ which will guide visitors interested in certain key categories of product around the event.
The event’s Food for Thought stage will cover the most important issues facing the independent retailer community today, from effective e-commerce strategies to the rise of conscious consumerism. Speakers from some of the biggest names in fine food will be at the event, including Fortnum & Masons, Macknade, Daylesford, The Farm Retail Association and more.
