- MENA’s leading event for the gourmet and fine food industry, The Speciality Food Festival, arrives in Dubai on the 8th-10th November
This November, the Dubai World Trade Centre will host the Speciality Food Festival, transforming the venue into a bustling global marketplace and experiential ground for artisanal food and exotic, premium ingredients.
The event offers buyers a unique opportunity for discovery as they can taste and sample premium brands from around the globe. It will also bring together the region’s executive chefs, restauranteurs, hoteliers, retailers and food service providers to address the industry’s pressing needs and opportunities.
With its 11th edition, the Specialty Food Festival is celebrating premium food exhibitors where well-known brands will showcase their products across six core sectors: Artisan & Gourmet, Organic & Free-From, Health & Wellness, Vegan & Plant Based, Food Service and Speciality Coffee, drawing almost thousands of buyers to the global centre for the international hospitality trade.
Visitors to the Dubai World Trade Centre will get the chance to meet and interact with hundreds of exhibitors from around the region, in what is one of the world’s biggest and busiest fine food marketplaces. Alongside these major trade deals, networking sessions and sourcing activities, attendees can also join a series of masterclasses, and watch the UAE Cup Tasters Championship.
The Cup Tasters Championship is one of the UAE’s most prestigious national coffee championships, attracting baristas, coffee professionals and enthusiasts. It highlights expertise in tasting and distinguishing levels of quality and flavour differences in speciality coffee and judges entrants on their ability to exhibit accuracy and speed when drawing on their superior palate, sense of smell, and attention to detail.
Also worth visiting at the show is Top Table, where a star-studded line-up of acclaimed and homegrown chefs, as well as brand leaders, will set the stage ablaze with their fiery culinary ideas and innovations through a series of workshops, demonstrations and cook-offs. The Speciality Food Festival is co-located with four other events: Gulfood Manufacturing, GulfHost, ISM Middle East and Private Label & Licensing Middle East.
