Wolfy’s Creamy Porridge with Berry Pot Wins Contract

Kitchen Garden Foods Ltd has won a contract to supply First Great Western Trains with its Creamy Porridge with Berry Pot.

Travellers will now be able to enjoy the portable breakfast simply by pouring hot or boiling water into the mixture of rolled oats, full cream milk powder and cane sugar. The porridge has had a positive response, with many commuters tweeting their appreciation.

Unlike other porridge products, Wolfy’s includes a pot of high fruit-content jam made from strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants and created in small batches by Kitchen Garden, ready to be combined with the hot porridge.

Barbara Moinet, sales and marketing director of Kitchen Garden Foods said, “We are delighted to be supplying First Great Western so soon after the launch of Wolfy’s. We are sure that all that slow release energy and delicious creamy fruity flavour will keep those commuters going all day!”
