Graham Windsor is the current maker for the family cheese company now in its third generation and the farm is located in Whitchurch on the Shropshire/Cheshire Border.
As a specialist producer of Cheshire, Windsors makes both traditional Farmhouse white Cheshire and more locally renowned coloured Cheshire.
