We Are Tea

We Are Tea is an independent, London based, award-winning tea business.

Established in 2007 by husband and wife team Spence and Suzy the business has grown organically based on customer demand and We Are Tea’s range of whole-leaf teabags and loose-leaf tea caddies is now available in a selection of the UK’s top delis and foodhalls including Harrods and Whole Foods Market. They also provide tea solutions to boutique hotels, upmarket restaurants and good, old-fashioned pubs with a passion for excellence.

Their unique colour-coding system has been designed to help their customers navigate the wonderful world of speciality tea and to provide them with the confidence to explore it further.

Their philosophy is simple: They ethically source exceptional, whole-leaf teas direct from artisan producers and hand-pack them in the UK. They are a member of the Ethical Tea Partnership and have been awarded 36 Great Taste Awards in just four years.
