The range of artisan sauces on offer from Pinks Organics is fast becoming one of the summer’s new ‘store cupboard essential’. Based in the heart of Dorset, the company originally opened in the 1880’s with the intention of supplying food that was pure and untainted. Now re-launched by Sir Thomas Pink’s great-great-granddaughter, Pinks Organics sources its ingredients locally wherever possible and produces all of its recipes by hand to ensure consistently good quality.
The versatile selection includes Allegro and Oak Smoked Tomatoes in herb infused organic rape seed oil, Pomodora Tapenade, a red and a green chilli jelly, and Smoked Tomato Pasta Sauce. Pinks have something for all palates and occasions and provide everything you need to jazz up salads and antipasti, and barbecues and picnics.
