The Relish in Spice Co

Sussex-based condiment producer Relish In Spice Ltd has added a taste of the Far East to its current mustard range.

Their new Wasabi (Japanese horseradish) mustard has a strong, hot flavour and leaves no burning aftertaste in one’s mouth. Delicious with any grilled meat, sausages, fish or add to mayonnaise as a dip for sushi or tempura vegetables. It is free from artificial flavourings and suitable for vegetarians, vegans and a gluten-free diet. Wasabi mustard is now available nationwide through our distributor Cotswold Fayre (www.cotswold-fayre.co.uk).

Other new mustards currently in the making are a traditional wholegrain, and a garlic mustard.  Available soon!
