‘Single Estate’ usually refers to wine, but Uncle Roy’s Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Mustard Seed Oils come from an Australian farm that produces what Roy describes as ‘The Healthy Oilternative’.
The two varieties (Light & Nutty and Spicy) look certain to supplant rapeseed and olive oils in the nation’s kitchens, as they have not only both won Gold Great Taste Awards, but they share an extensive list of healthy attributes.
With one of the lowest saturated fat contents of all of the culinary oils, these GMO-free and Erucic Acid-free (and Kosher Certified) oils have a very long shelf life - and because of their high smoke point they are not only good for dipping, drizzling, dressings and baking, they are great for shallow, stir and deep frying too!
