Now, the company is delighted to announce the launch of two new additions to the range - warming Sweet Chilli Mature Cheddar and tangy, crunchy Pickle Mature Cheddar (Silver Medallist – World Cheese Awards 2007).

These two varieties join its family of firm favourites including Black Peppercorn, Garlic & Chive, Oregano & Basil and its very own Oak Smoked Mature Cheddar (smoked on-site in the company’s mini smoke-house!)

All the cheeses are made on the island from milk supplied by its 54-member dairy co-operative.
