Snowdonia Cheese’s flagship ‘Little Black Bomber’ Extra Mature Cheddar has been a staple in speciality food stores across the country for many years. This 2007 World Cheese Award Bronze winner is the company’s best-selling offering, and is renowned for its smooth and creamy flavour – complemented by a rich, tangy after-taste. A versatile product, it can be served up in a simple ploughman’s, but is equally good baked in soufflés, scones and breads or used simply on its own.
