“The Best” Onion Marmalade

Uncle Roy has some great additions to some of his great ranges to brighten up 2015 and keep customers coming back for more.

The addition of Natural Honey Essence to his unique range of “Natural Essences and Extracts” brings the tally to 109 varieties – including just about every nut, flower, herb, seed, vegetable, dairy, spirit, spice and brown note flavour you could ever want. Of course the Honey, like the dairy flavours is suitable for vegans and so adds new possibilities for ensuring that everyone’s creations taste just the way they should. The range is popular with manufacturers, chefs and foodies alike and Uncle Roy’s distinctive green bottles have been spotted in the background in more than one TV kitchen!  Production had to be boosted recently when Paul Hollywood demonstrated a Blackcurrant & Liquorice Swiss Roll as it seemed that everyone in the UK wanted some real flavour……
