Edinburgh Gin delivers the best of Scottish distilling expertise. It starts life south of the Border in a historic 200 year-old Scottish copper pot, in which the finest Scottish grain spirit is distilled in the traditional way, together with the classic gin botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, citrus peel, angelica and orris root. A key element of Edinburgh Gin’s distinctiveness is the fact that it is then shipped to Scotland, where a selection of Scottish botanicals are added – soft, less pungent Scottish juniper, as well as heather and milk thistle. Finally, it is bottled in Edinburgh at 43% ABV.
