Summerdown has added Chocolate Mint Thins to its range of award-winning peppermint chocolates and teas.

Over the last decade, Summerdown has reintroduced pure English mint - traditional Black Mitcham peppermint - to this country, relearning lost farming skills from America and combining them with the latest technology at its farm in the foothills of the Hampshire downs.

When the mint fields have been harvested, the leaves are taken to the farm’s purpose-built distillery. The result is a rare single estate peppermint oil, with consistent quality and a soft, lingering taste. It has a cooler, more intense flavour and scent than other imported varieties.
