Walkers Shortbread Ltd is a rare exception in the food manufacturing industry; a traditional family business with a global reputation. Established by Joseph Walker over 100 years ago in the village of Aberlour in Speyside, Scotland, the company is now run by Joseph’s grandchildren and great grandchildren, who maintain the tradition of producing shortbreads, biscuits, cakes and oatcakes to the original recipes. Walkers Shortbread is baked as it has always been - using flour, butter, sugar and salt, and is guaranteed to contain no artificial flavourings or additives.
Although consumer demand has led to more advanced production methods, Walkers products are still baked in small batches using natural ingredients that preserve their classic taste. Products are available in a variety of packaging options and sizes.
