Stag Bakeries was formed in Stornoway when two long established Hebridean bakery firms merged.
Stag Bakeries award winning Stornoway water biscuits are baked using traditional methods and are available in a range of delicious flavours, producing an exciting twist on the original water biscuit.
Flavours include; Parmesan and Garlic, Sea Salt and Black Pepper and Sweet Chilli.
The water biscuit is an excellent accompaniment to fine cheese, crisp & full body wines and distinctive malt whiskies. Each Biscuit is made by our experienced bakers to a traditional recipe that takes care and time, ensuring perfection every time.
