Pratt’s cold pressed Rapeseed oil is an essential ingredient for everyone from aspiring amateur cooks, to top Michelin-starred chefs.
Its delicious, light, nutty flavour is made by the first pressing of rapeseed grown on the family farm in Hampshire. The oil is extremely healthy containing half the saturated fat and ten times more Omega 3 than olive oil.
