Edinburgh based artisan bakery company Peter’s Yard is celebrating a doubling in sales from top restaurants and food retailers as word of mouth spreads about this delicious Scandinavian inspired delight.
Made in the UK to a traditional Swedish recipe, artisan bakers use all-natural ingredients including sourdough, fresh milk, rye flour, whole wheat flour and honey to make these light, award-winning crispbreads in a variety of sizes.
