Snowdonia has launched its ingredient cutting wheel as a two kilogram unit.
The presentation is a departure from the producer’s flagship Black Bomber cheese, which comes in a three kilo wheel and allows more variety in the chiller cabinet. The wheels now come presented as a thinner wedge, enabling a wider range of cheeses to be stocked and providing more choice for the consumer.
Michael Mort, business development manager for Snowdonia, said, “I’ve been talking to a wide range of customers about this through the summer, and they’re truly excited about the options this provides to extend their range or target a guest cheese for the month.”
Snowdonia’s recently launched naturally-smoked Cheddar is available in the new two kilo unit, along with Green Thunder, Red Devil, Pickle Power, Ginger Spice, Bouncing Berry and the revised recipe Amber Mist.
