Shropshire Spice Company has launched an exciting new range of luxury stuffings using white Ciabatta crumb.
The four new recipes have been developed in response to customer feedback and the new packaging design features a window to show off the richness and texture of the mixes.
The new recipes are English Sage and Red Onion, Roast Chestnut, Cranberry & Apple, Parsley & Thyme and Sage, Lemon & Chestnut – all ideal for the Sunday roast or Christmas menus as well as for a host of creative recipes some of which are at www.shropshire-spice.co.uk.
Fiona Mulroy, Director of Shropshire Spice which is based in the South Shropshire village of Clun, said, “Our customers have enjoyed our wholemeal stuffings range which now includes nine recipes. We wanted to give them something new and these Ciabatta based recipes with extra virgin olive oil have a light, open texture which allows the individual flavours of the ingredients to stand out.”
