Seafare proudly supports Hugh’s fish fight with the launch of its new cider marinated sardine fillets.
The fish are caught by small Cornish fishing boats (MSC certified sustainable), before being marinated in bridge farm cider vinegar and then semi preserved in light rapeseed oil, ready to serve. The sardine fillets are also available with garlic and lemon, chilli and sundried tomato and, soon, beetroot, rosemary and orange.
Seafare has a fantastic range of hand-made products, made using the finest sustainable and alternative fish and shellfish from the day boats of Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. Also on offer is the company’s Devon Crab Bisque and Spicy Brixham Mussel Soup, available in recyclable retail and food service formats.
