Having produced award-winning Cornish Brie for 11 years, Cornish Country Larder Ltd has decided that the next stage of evolution is producing a soft white moulded cheese with all the flavour of an unpasteurised cheese, yet made using pasteurised milk.

The original philosophy of the company remains paramount so only top quality, locally produced Cornish milk is used and the cheese is handmade at the creamery overlooking the sea at Trevarrian, near Newquay.

The result is a pungent yet delicious full bodied and tangy flavoured cheese, with a rich smooth melting texture. It is packed and ripened in wooden boxes featuring Cornish scenes to celebrate our beautiful county and its wealth of culture and history.
