Salisbury-based goats cheese producer, Rosary Goat's Cheese, have always placed a high emphasis on the quality of their cheese.
With a fresh taste and natural tang, the cheese can boast a melt-in-the-mouth, mousse-like texture which impressed the judges at the British Cheese Awards enough for them to name Rosary 2014’s Supreme Champion.
The latest win follows five victories at previous British Cheese Awards, at which it was awarded the Best Fresh Cheese title.
The cheese is made using pasteurised milk and microbial rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.
As well as the original plain cheese, other flavours available include Garlic & Herb, Black Pepper and coated in natural ash.
Each option is available as a 100g button or in 275g and 1kg logs.
