Rhubarb Causes a Stir

Ingredients

• 75ml Cawston Press Apple & Rhubarb juice
• 35ml Tanqueray London Dry gin
• 15ml elderflower cordial
• 15ml fresh lemon
• Ice cubes

To make

• Shake all the above and pour over ice into a 12oz highball glass (or similar)
• Top up with soda and garnish with a mint sprig and a stick of rhubarb
