This year will see the company move from its tiny kitchens to a converted 16th Century barn, which will be equipped with all the latest high-tech boiling pans, within a kitchen which sits inside the structure of the building like a pod. The handmade aspect of the production will remain and the only difference will be that they can produce almost three times as much as at present and have offices and storage all under one roof.
It will also be introducing a new labelling system, which will mean own label products will also be available later in 2007.
