Ambient cooking sauces are a growth area, with UK sales increasing by eight percent last year.
With over 15 years experience in the fine food industry, Owen Potts recognised this growing niche and therefore created a range of premium European sauces.
“When my wife and I decided to start our own company, we explored the market looking for an area that we felt wasn’t being properly catered for, and found that traditional European recipes were very few and far between,” explains Owen.
“We felt that the times most people use a cooking sauce is when they are looking for a quick comforting meal that they know they will like and instinctively know how to serve,” adds Michelle.
Developed using store cupboard ingredients found in the company’s kitchen, Potts’ range comprises of 24 delicious cooking sauces, gravies, stocks, pour-over sauces and dessert sauces.
Each one has a distinctively homemade taste and appearance, and is packaged in elegantly designed, eye-catching pouches.
