Pendle Forest Smoked Lancashire

Produced at Sandhams dairy in Barton, this is a traditonal hard pressed Lancashire.

Naturally oak smoked in Sandhams smoke house, the cheese has a creamy texture of Lancashire and a sharp, smoked taste.

Current maker, Chris Sandham, still produces the cheese in the traditional way, adhereing to care and quality. All the cheese production is still done by hand in the time-honoured style, which results in a quality of cheese that’s second to none.  Sandhams Lancashire cheeses have won many prizes at cheese shows throughout the country.
