Inspired By… is an eclectic mix of spicy condiments and herb ‘rubs’ designed to appeal to the adventurous but busy cook, or those who like to explore new tastes. The inspiration comes from people, places and flavours from around the world, and is a perfect balance to the quintessential ‘Englishness’ of Kitchen Garden Preserves.

Fragrant Thai Seasoning is inspired by Emma, one of the cooks, who has a creative flare for blending flavours. Angela, the production supervisor was the inspiration for Roasted Peppercorn Rub which is fabulous rubbed into meats before barbecuing, while Peach and Cardamom Relish owes its origins to the peach orchards of the Pyrenees. Finally, Hot Lime Pickle is, we believe, an inspirational version of this traditional Indian condiment.
