Organico has launched a range of versatile spreads, dips, marinades and cook-in sauces that can be used to enhance any dish – be it fish, meat or vegetables. The range is produced in the traditionally fertile valley of Manisa in the Aegean region of Turkey using only locally-grown Mediterranean vegetables, herbs and olive oil.
Varieties include: four spreads and dips (Roasted Aubergine, Aegean Garlic, Spring Artichoke, Roasted Pepper), two bruschetta ( Pepper and Onion, and Tomato), semi-dried tomatoes, three types of Mediterranean vegetables in oil (Aubergines, Peppers, Zucchini) and four cook-in sauces (Chopped olive, Mediterranean Lemon, Kickin’ Garlic, Tomato and Black Olive).
