Organic Olive Oils from Lesvos Greece. Lesvos oil is remarkable for being golden in colour, light textured and very tasty.

Nothing compares in the shops.  We have oils from this year’s harvest (2011/12) which was spectacular: ‘Agatherí Groves’,  from fields high up a mountain – very fine, light and spicy (Lesvos mountain oil is considered the finest in Greece) and ‘Avlaki Groves’, from lowland fields,  so sweeter and milder.  They are single estate oils, the olives handpicked, pressed the next day, bottled almost immediately, unfiltered and unadulterated. We personally supervise everything from looking after the trees, the picking, pressing and the bottling so we guarantee the oil is clean and pure.  Its extra virgin, certified organic by Bio-Hellas.  This is high end gourmet oil, fabulous for finishing vegetables and soups, dressing salads or just dipping with bread.
