Olive Meze

A central part of Greek and Cypriot cuisine, meze refers to the small dishes designed as tasters before a main meal. Bevelynn has updated this traditional concept by offering a selection of olive meze in convenient, resealable plastic trays. Because the olives are well preserved, they have the benefit of a long shelf-life. Intended to be eaten on the go or served to guests, meze can maintain the characteristic flavour of Mediterranean food while giving it a few modern twists. The range includes Barbecue Olives, which are marinated on top of an open fire for a smokier flavour and Country Mix, featuring various types of olives stuffed with feta and mixed herbs.
