Tucked away at a single estate hillside grove on the Greek island of Evia lies Rovies, live the array of Odysea olives. The grove provides an ideal micro-climate for the cultivation of premium Greek table olives and is only one of a very few Greek groves that continues to harvest the olives by hand. These are then cured using traditional methods and marinated with extra virgin olive oil.
